We believe that pizza is the most social food there is. Everyone (if they aren’t daft) loves it! Pizza can be personalized for tastes and styles. Our mission is to create a tasty and healthy pizza worthy of sharing.
We had a hard time finding a tip-top, Midwest tavern-style pizza… So, we spent years refining our cracker-crust, dough recipe. Tavern (smaller square slices) is the perfect style for sharing whenever you are hobnobbing.
We were inspired by the classic, traditional hometown pizzerias of years past. No experimental pies… just simply good pizza with your choice of minimal toppings… that’ll get your pinky up!
Select your base style (Tavern, New York, or Cauliflower), keep it plain, or load it up how you like it. Applied to the canvas of our top-notch pizza dough, the toppings will make a masterpiece no matter how you slice it… but, for best results, we recommend no more than three additional toppings (after cheese).
